SOLUTION FOR ENERGY
ESG – mosa’s Corporate Sustainability
Considering domestic and international trends as well as operational impacts, mosa has established a sustainability development policy, management guidelines, and concrete action plans. The Sustainability Development Task Force reports regularly, and the company actively responds to regulatory policies. To strengthen the Board of Directors’ understanding of ESG issues, mosa arranged ESG regulatory updates and risk–opportunity training in 2023, covering critical topics such as net-zero transition.
With the Board’s support, the company appointed a Chief Corporate Governance Officer in 2022 and has since provided quarterly reports to the Board on the progress of greenhouse gas inventories. Backed by strong support and active supervision from the Board, mosa continues to steadily promote various sustainability initiatives, gradually embedding the philosophy of sustainable management into the corporate culture.
